Local Field Trip Transportation Fee: $50 per student per year
After School Sports Teams (6th – 8th Grades): $40 per sport

Extended Care Fees: Morning and Afternoon Care: $6.00 per hour (Drop-In)
Fiesta: $250 per shift (1 shift required per family)
AT&T Babysitting: $250
Spring Fundraiser: $150
Monthly, quarterly, and biannual payment plans are available. Junipero Serra School requires automatic payments through an Electronic Funds Transfer for families that choose a payment plan. Tuition payments are deducted on the 10th or 25th of the month. A payment plan administration fee will be due for families that choose to pay in multiple installments – the amount of the fee depends on the length of the payment plan. The maximum fee is $55 per family.
Returned payments are subject to a $30 returned check charge. A $40 late fee will be assessed for tuition payments received after the account due date. (Unless prior arrangements have been made.) Accounts late for 30 days are considered delinquent.
Second Child: $300 annual discount
Third Child & Each Subsequent Child: $600 annual discount (per child)

Students entering Junipero Serra School must meet the following age requirements:
Preschool: 3 years, 9 months
Transitional Kindergarten: 4 years old by September 1, 2019
Kindergarten: 5 years old by September 1, 2019
First Grade: 6 years old by September 1, 2019
Go to the JSS website and complete the online application form. Or, you may complete the hard copy form and mail it to Junipero Serra School with the non-refundable $75 application fee. In addition to the application, please include a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and if Catholic, a Baptismal Certificate.
The admissions office will contact you after the application has been received to arrange a date for a baseline assessment. After the applicant’s file is complete and an assessment has been performed, an interview with the family and applicant may be necessary. All second through eighth grade applicants should send copies of report cards for the last two years and copies of any standardized test scores (if available). Also, second through eighth grade applicants must have the recommendation forms (English and Math) completed by the appropriate persons and returned directly to Junipero Serra School.Once the application process is complete, the following items will be required for your child to attend class:
Financial aid may be awarded to families who have demonstrated need and have completed the financial aid application process. The financial aid application process is completed online. A link to the financial aid application may be found on the Junipero Serra School website.
